Yes! All of our programs approved for HSAs and FSAs. However, please note: we cannot guarantee your card issuer will cover approve coverage. Our end is fully coded & approved, but the card issuer has the liberty and authority to decline any payment just as they would with any type of credit card. We cannot provide a medical diagnosis or letter of necessity for medical treatment.

Yes, functional labs are included in our 1-1 premier program. We will handle all the ordering of your labs.

Depending on your situation, there are rare times we may need to explore further testing (advanced autoimmune tests, deeper chronic infection investigations) but we’ll provide explanations & cost details before those steps would be taken.

Some testing restrictions may apply to residents in NY & RI (we can discuss alterntive options)

For 1-1, we typically encourage waiting until at least 6 months postpartum simply because some strategies that might be needed based on labs are not recommended while pregnant or nursing. Additionally, pregnancy is not a time we want to mess with hormones or the immune system so it’s best to wait.

Yes, you can join if medication is currently managing your acne. That’s information right there! If you wish to stop medications at any point, we recommend consulting with your provider first. We aim to arm you with information to advocate for yourself but we cannot guide you on medication decisions. We will never tell you to stop or change medications without your doctor.

Our 1-1 program is only available to residents of the United States (due to blood lab ordering & licensing laws).

No. Our approach is not cookie-cutter or restriction focused. The only time we'd discuss food elimination of any type is if we have evidence of an immune response to food (e.g. celiac, gluten sensitivity or your skin patterns).

This program is a mid-4 figure investment. We have payment plans & extended financing options available. We do accept HSA’s & FSAs but do not take insurance.
